By agreeing to purchase and/or receive products through Fresh and Local Near You Food-Hub by Naturally Grown Farms LLC (NGF), you are releasing NGF, its owners, hosts, volunteers and employees from any and all liabilities, responsibilities, or harmful effects that may occur from consuming raw products, including raw dairy and eggs.

Unsatisfactory Item

 If you received an unsatisfactory item, please send a detailed email (hello@naturallygrownfarms.com) or text message (817-914-3253) and return the unused product on the next pick-up/delivery date.  The supplier farm will either replace the item or issue NGF a refund at which time we will issue a credit to your account.  Please freeze any perishable items until you are able to return them. Refunds will not be issued for foods not properly transported in a cooler. Unsatisfactory dairy products MUST be reported within 10 days of purchase, no refund will be issued if reported beyond the 10 day period. 

Pick-up Orders Only

 You must transport all dairy products home in a cooler.

If you use Credit/Debit Card Payment Option, you are responsible to pay the credit card fee of 2.9% of your order plus $0.30.  These fees will be added before we process your payment. 

If you miss your pickup window, it is your responsibility to notify NGF to make alternate pickup arrangements. If you fail to do so, your items may be sold.
