Is organic, grass-fed beef at the store really Grass Fed and Grass Finished?

I wonder if I will ever NOT feel compelled to share this article/link with you?  But, I once again continue to feel compelled to share this link again this month as I am beginning to see Grassfed beef labels showing up in Sams, Walmart and other discount stores. There simply is not enough true Grassfed beef out there to supply the likes of Sams or Walmart.
