Food Hub Details

Welcome to our Food Hub where you'll find Real, Fresh and Local Food Near You! Our farmers and growers are passionate about producing clean, highly nutritious and natural food products, and the best part, right here in Texas. Our combined customer purchasing power allows us to access high quality foods, and in most cases less expensive than retail outlets for non-GMO, pastured, grass-fed and grass-finished food products. We hope this food hub will bless your family as it has our community.  

Joining

Membership is free. All orders are charged $1.00 packing fee. Any questions, please email us at hello@naturallygrownfarms.com.

Pickup Locations or Delivery

Farm Pick up is Free. 

All off-site pickup locations cost $5 to cover the host's fuel, ice and time for bringing your order to your area. When you select an off-site location, your host will contact you with you with a pickup time/day. If you wish to have home delivery, ask your host if that is available in your area. Additional pick-up locations coming soon!

Home delivery - an $9.00 delivery fee will be charged to your account.

Standing Order Meat - 5% off entire order. Standing Order Basic - for convenience your order is replicated every two weeks - you can edit at any time during order window. For more information, please review product detail/description.

Ordering

We offer regular orders or standing orders.  

One-time orders may be placed one week before pick-up (see Food Hub Schedule). All farms deliver products every two weeks. See Schedule for ordering dates.

Standing Orders / Meat Subscribe & Save are for certain items that you commit to receiving every two weeks at a discounted price. For more information, please click here.  

Payment:

We accept: Host Locations - Credit/Debit card only via online store, Farm Pick-up - credit/debit card, Zelle, check or cash. Receipt and support email – receipt will read from: Naturally Grown Farms and Support email: hello@naturallygrownfarms.com

Online Credit Card Payment: As before, we do not cover credit card fees. 2.9% of your order’s total plus $0.30 will be added to your account under "Fees". Your credit card will not be charged until the day of pick up/delivery. Credit Card at Farm pick-up - same as online CC payment.

Please Note: On pick up/delivery day, your total may change due to the weight(s) or quantity of item(s). If your final total is less than what you paid, you will receive a credit towards your next order. If you owe more, you will be required to pay the balance before or at pick up/delivery.  If an item is out of stock, your statement will read OOS "Product Name". If the product is not available for a particular food-hub day, your statement will read N/A "Product Name".

Food Hub Day (THURSDAY - NOT PICKUP DAY UNLESS YOU SELECTED A THURSDAY PICKUP WINDOW)

On food hub day, we will update the weights of product you ordered along with Out of stock (OOS) if any by 3pm. At that time, you will receive an email (Your Order is Packed) with your updated order with any remaining balance or credit. Credits will show as a negative number and will show on your next order. Any remaining balance must be paid BEFORE pickup or delivery. Make sure to check your spam bucket for "Your Order is Packed" email. If you have not received the email, any time after 3pm, you may go to your account on the website and view your order details. Select “Account”, then “Order History”. Select the order with the correlating pickup date. See Photo below.

Farm Pick up - please park along the east side fence line. Do NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS or block the driveway leading to the garage. Be patient entering and exiting the property.

You must transport all dairy/meat products home in a cooler with ice if needed. Food not properly transported home will not be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds or account credits will not be issued for any dairy product not picked up within 5 days of a food-hub schedule day. Refunds will not be issued for foods not properly transported home in a cooler nor will refunds be issued in the case where a cooler is not available for home delivery. If you receive an unsatisfactory item, please send a detailed email or text and return the unused product on the next pick-up/delivery date. In the case of Dairy, please provide a picture of the label/product. The farm will either replace the item or agree to issue you a credit to your account. Please freeze any perishable items until you are able to return them. 

Disclosure - By agreeing to purchase and/or receiving products through Fresh and Local Near You Food Hub, you are releasing Naturally Grown Farms LLC, its owners, members, Fresh and local Near You Food Hub, hosts, volunteers and employees from any and all liabilities, responsibilities, or harmful effects that may occur from consuming raw products, including raw dairy and eggs.
