Standing Order Details

Standing Orders help suppliers with forecasting the amount of product they will need to have on hand. The advantage of a standing order is that your order is placed for you (last order is replicated) and sent to the farmers a week earlier than non-standing orders. Lastly, with a standing order meat you receive a discount.  There are no long-term commitment and only paid per order.

Standing Order Options:

Basic Standing Order: Your order will be filled before non-standing orders. Upon request we will add the letter (S) next to your last name. This is a convenience option, and means we replicated your last order every two weeks. you can pause, cancel or edit your standing order any time.

Meat Standing Order: Buy $60 worth of meat every two weeks and receive 5% off your total order. Upon request we will add the letter (M) next to your last name.

NOTE: Due to increasing costs (gas, feed, transportation, water, electricity, etc) we had no choice but to slightly increase product prices. Please note all egg and milk prices are already priced at a standing order price or 5% discount.

Traveling/Miss Pickup: If you are traveling or an emergency prevents you from picking up on pick-up day, you have two options: The preferred option is for you to make arrangements for someone to pick up your order on your behalf. If that is not possible, the second-best option is to request that we hold the items until you return.

Please Note: If you request to participate to our standing order program, your previous order will be replicated in our system the Sunday or Monday after food hub day (which means you do not need to create a new order). Once standing orders are prepared by our team, you will receive an email "order confirmation" notifying you that your standing order products are in your shopping cart. You have up until Thursday 11:59pm to edit your standing order. You will also receive an order reminder notification on Wednesday of that week allowing you 24 hrs to edit your order. (See Schedule.).
